Waste Away is proudly 100% NZ owned and is a local owner/operator business which has been removing waste and keeping Auckland clean for more than 20 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked it a day before. They arrived on time and bin was big enough for all my general rubbish and had written on the side of the bin, what not to put it was a big help. They also have their own eftpos payment machine. Big ups and it was the most affordable I could find. Definetly a happy customer, would highly recommended to everyone. Had the bin for 4 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPETITIVE PRICING, SEAMLESS SERVICE AND PRO-ACTIVE, HELPFUL STAFF. Booking was made online via the website, but I hadn't noticed that there was an error with the job address (which was triggered by stored details on Google). Fortunately I had mentioned the address when enquiring by phone about truck/driveway dimensions, before completing the booking. Within minutes of the booking being completed the woman I had talked to phoned me to check, as she noted the address we discussed was different from that on the booking. I am most grateful for this as it would have meant the bin being delivered to the wrong address. Bin was filled to the limit with garden waste and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was gone by 8.30am on the day of pickup. The driver was great too - service with a smile :). Sometimes you get better service with a small company. I recommend - you give them a try!
[HELPFUL HINT: anyone booking a bin with any company would be well advised to make sure that there is room for the truck to fit (check wheelbase, side mirror clearance and height) and book in advance, as bin companies can not easily commit to times - especially in peak times such as approaching summer].

Got 9m3 skip bin delivered Wed 22.09.21 afternoon, was supposed to get bin collected Saturday 25.09.21 morning but because we had the gate locked, driver couldn't collect until today Mon 27.09.21 with no extra charges! Thank you so much. Professional efficient accommodating friendly people to deal with especially the boss, admin Navinder & the drivers. Thanks so much for delivering excellent customer service. I'll definitely be recommending your company & use in the future despite being under L3 restrictions in Auckland. A very happy customer in Otahuhu ?? Thanks once again ?
NB: Make sure your driveway is wide enough to fit truck through it as our property is fully fenced 2m high fence & gated. Our driveway was 2.8m wide which was enough room for truck to fit
