★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .Having been a customer of Waste Management for some time we were more that surprised to be contacted by a CREDIT COMPANY advising us WE OWED THEM MONEY AND WERE ON A FINAL WARNING. This is to people that have paid monthly on time every time. These people are not be trusted to manage finances correctly so be very sure to get receipts and bank statements proof of payment and keep them indefinitely.. ie ;at least 2 years. Managing waste is exactly where these people should be.. unfortunately 1 star has to be awarded to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought it could be so hard to get bins emptied. every two weeks like clockwork we would have to call and remind them, then they claim we are not on the list and a manager promise tomorrow it will be emptied and lo and behold we still have a full bin. Company is more of a Waste and needs better management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the pits. Been trying to get my bin emptied and uplifted since 9/7/20 Is now 29/7/20 Been promised twice that it would be taken on a certain date, but it's still here,. I paid another company to empty the bin, ( same day service) but the empty bin is still here. Was supposed to be picked up today. E/mails and phone calls have been a waste of time. I am now placing a sign on the bin that it's free to take away. The truck has been past my place on four occasions, but has never stopped. I paid for twelve emptyings, , and only had it done eleven times. Breach of contract. I have notified the press to warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answer your messages faster. Notify clients of significant delays. Auto credit clients for missed services. It’s not rocket science. If you’re having to close phone lines because of too many complaint calls then you know what needs to be done.
While your drivers service is excellent your customer service is appalling. I have called, emailed or submitted requests via website after my trash not being picked up. Most recent occurrence took 6 days for reply. On day 2 of failed customer pickups you closed you phone lines at 2pm for the rest of the day! No calls, no problem, right?
This is the 3rd occurrence of failed service so this time I insisted on a credit. As I pay annually missed services do not change my due date. NEVER CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. If you don’t pick up for a week clients should be auto credited. Problems happen but its how you handle them, and your company is terrible at letting clients know what is happening.
