★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I've contacted the customer service thru email. Haven't got any feedback since the Last Monday. Second, I have tried phone calls, but wasted 30 mins. The customer service quality is miserable. Only good thing of WM is 240 litre of a wheelie bin is just 126 dollars per 12 months. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a residential customer for fortnightly general waste removal. Things used to work well, but then I started getting told that the driver had said I had not placed my bin kerbside in time, however it had been out since the night before. This had happened too many times for my liking, so I have cancelled the service and reluctantly am going back to Auckland Council's waste collection service. It's a shame the driver has been falsely reporting to Head Office about this as they've lost you a customer that had been with you for years over several addresses.
