Was the alteration of an expensive wedding
dress..I am pretty relaxed, so just went with it at time but she was unorganized with arranged appointments - either not being there when I arrived, or nothing done - without letting me know, so wasted my time and had to go back.
The lack of care, and quality of work really showed.
My dress wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, so only 2 days before my wedding meant I didn't have time to have it fixed or try on again to notice the issues until my wedding day - I think she is likely extremely skilled, but just busy and blaze in the attention to detail.
Never again.
