β β β β β We lost a young family member to suicide and when his funeral was held even though there was plenty of room in main room this funeral home opened the other room and allowed ppl to sit in there and charged the family for this. There was no way these ppl couldn't be shown into the main area where there was plenty of seats available. This place isn't after helping you make final memories or setting loved ones to rest. It will charge you for every single little thing it can. The parents involved not only had to deal with losing a son... but also a bill inflated beyond its needs. Do not use this place.. your deceased loved ones and those they leave behind to pay for the funeral deserve better.

β β β β β A++ service Caroline, Richie, John and Linda β the team at Waters Funeral are amazing! They answered calls from me anytime of day. They went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our mums funeral was taken care of. They took such good care of our mum. I am forever grateful that they made a situation I had no prior experience with so easy. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again

β β β β β Richie and his team truly go the extra, they made us feel comfortable and relaxed making Mums send off just as she wanted.
Awesome service, very family friendly, venue was great with easy access and great parking, food was amazing.
The caring warmth from Richie and Uncle John made a tough time easier.
