We the Raeina Family would like to say Thank you atupaka for the care and professionalism in taking care of our family member from the beginning right up to the time we took our uncle back home to rest in the cook islands.
Robert Snr you should be so proud of your son Robert Jnr as he definitely showed us the family the love and support we needed to get through this difficult time and making sure all uncle's paper work was all done before we departed back home.
I would definitely recommend your services to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for being professional, trustworthy, compassionate and so easy to deal with. I called Robert and his team after a nightmare situation with another funeral director. I was very upset and distraught over the service i received from this other company. Robert talked me through it and told me that he could come right away to pick up my loved one. Once he arrived, i knew i had made the right decision to transfer my loved one to Roberts care. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me and my family. I would not hesitate to recommend you and your team. Thanks again for turning a bad experience into a good one.

He was a pleasure to deal with and was on hand whenever I had any questions through the process. All paperwork was handled in a very professional manner. He made the whole ordeal very relaxing and stress free. He even took the time to ensure my Mother was cared for during the transitions to the church and cemetery. You have all kept us loved ones updated with everything, looked after my father very well and I admire the work all of you have done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Id like to thank the amazing team at SAFS for the organisation of, and facilitating my father's funeral seamlessly and professionally in a very short time (3 days to be precise) Catering, live streaming, obituary, florist requirements, slideshow, cremation, advice, 24 hour service and more.
Everything was perfect and also very well communicated.
I had to manage things from Melbourne, Australia with family which I found to be VERY stressful. SAFS was extremely empathetic and understood what was required, following up with frequent check ins and reminders (which I needed)
The day went without a hitch and Id also like to mention that doing everything through Covid restrictions was particularly challenging. SAFS exceeded our family's expectations phenomenally.
We are all so grateful to SAFS for a 110% stress free process, from start to finish, they went above and beyond ❤
Ps: Id like to mention that the makeup artistry for my Dad was breathtaking. He looked very handsome and smart, more so than in real life ?
Probably not something the average person thinks about, but I had a friend in school whos mother did that as a job, I found it fascinating. I have photos, but wont post them for obvious reasons, take my word for it! #truestorybro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planning a funeral during a Pandemic definitely has its challenges, however Safs were great with this.
A massive THANK YOU Safs for the services you provided for the passing of my dear mother. I was well looked after from the first initial meeting to the last. This was the second time I had used there services as they looked after my father and just like that time 11 years ago I knew it was going to be okay.
Special mention to Robert who was absolutely great to deal with so helpful, informative and always ready to answer my questions anytime of the day. I appreciate all the care Robert and the team took in looking after mum up until her burial.
Highly recommend the services at Safs, top notch and your loved one will be well looked after.
