β β β β β Itβs expensive. When the facility is closed down due to maintenance or COVID, they have no intention of freezing your membership or reimbursing you. Itβs no different than stealing. And the worst part of it is, they donβt care. Very poor hospitality management

β β β β β This placenis a typical big place that is price gouging. They have a few different pools and to use each one or more than one you have to pay for each pool. That makes it out of reach financially for the average family and pensioners. Their prices have all gone up heaps. Totally unaffordable. Some of the staff are very helpful and some are just plain rude. Will never go there again

β β β β β I understand these are hard times. But I have just got back from wanting to swim at Waterworld and there was NO space for me. It seems that the kids are considered throughout the entire week but for myself who is elderly and with disabilities... The choice is taken away... The "Learn to swim" group were taking up 2 lanes of the 50 m pool and on the other side of the 50m pool... Where I could of swam but unfortunately there were NO stairs!
As for the 25 metre pool lots of space for the children... Only 1 lane was used but by all means that lane was not FULL!!
This is so unfair....
I love swimming... And helps me... My well being and my disabilities.. But today ...
I'm very disappointed and angry.

β β β β β Loved our visit today, great fun for the kids, water temperatures are just right for babies, outside water play was a hit - my toddler loved it! Just make sure you have your vaccine pass ready!

β β β β β All ages people can take advantage of this swimming pool and enjoy swimming ?ββοΈ in any depth they wish to swim. I went there with my children ages 6, 11 and my wife this morning and enjoyed to the fullest! I recommend everyone to join in with your family and friends whenever you have time.
Friday is a good day if you do not like many people around you!
A tube will be good for your kids, so make sure you take a tube if your children are beginner.

β β β β β This aqua sports facility is really nice, East and South Auckland desperately need one. The convertible 25/50m pool is something that will do nicely for this side of town. @AucklandCouncil, can you please make it happen.

β β β β β Good, friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking, lots of pool choices for different kid age. Great place to chill on a hot day. Big pools and spaces inside with lots of grand stand type of seating for spectators who don't want to swim. Choices of pools inside and outside. Close to Te Rapa and City Centre so popular with locals. The only issue many customers had at level 2 was the receptionists only allocate/release 10 spaces for hydroslides, at $5 per person for one hour only. No problems here. But you have to queue up again at the counter from the outside at "quarter to" each hour, for example 1245pm, 145pm 245 pm and so on. But the issue here is they started selling those 10 tickets to people who came in the door at around "20 to" each hour say 1240pm, 140pm 240pm and so on, so many people who are already inside, went to join the queue at quarter to and only to be told hydroslides tickets are all gone and they have missed out, requeue again in an hours time. I know the pool is owned by the coucile and we have to allow for some beauracratic ways of doing things but come on, this rule about getting hydroslide tickets need to be reviewed and changed. It also put counter staff in the path of unhappy customers. Fair enough, first in first serve. But when people paying for the entry fees, they should be allowed to buy hydroslides tickets as well but allocate a session if current session of 10 spaces are taken. No rejoining of the queue is required. No brainers really.
