★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you MIQ. Our stay was made more comfortable with the help of the staff that would do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was spacious with large windows, a big TV and comfort beds. The food was tasty and plentiful we have been lucky with the quantity and area of exercise available to us and we made the most if it. We consider ourselves lucky to have our isolation time here. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 14 days here for managed isolation and it was such a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and always worried about our mental and physical wellbeing. We had a very large room with opening windows and multiple beds which allowed us to be comfortable. The room also had a large high definition TV, useful for all the daytime TV we consumed to pass the time. The food also exceeded our expections by far (although sometimes it was a bit cold) and there was a large variety of menu items and snacks. The best part of our stay were the daily walks around the large carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent managed isolation hotel. Extremely safe and secure. Very supportive and friendly staff members (soldiers and police, nurses and doctors, and other hotel staff and security). Rooms are incredibly clean. The rooms include: very comfy beds, a bathroom that has a pleasant temperature for showering (hot and cold), a large TV to watch local channels, super fast Internet, great window views, and extra products to make your stay better. However, if something is missing, the reception is always there to give a hand. I thank everyone who takes the time to make the stay of others safe and enjoyable ❤️

Pros: good sized carpark with no need to book exercise spaces
I enjoyed the food here was always plenty. However was chefs choice for a few days before a menu was given for a week which then just related the following week. Would be nice to be given a menu for the second week to choose different items rather than the same.
Cons: Cleaning: when I got to my room I noticed there was rubbish in one of my bins from the previous guest.
One wall was covered in black mould. Luckily we have been given cleaning products so was able to clean this.
Laundry: a few of my items came back covered in some sticky glue like substance I couldn’t get it off and had to throw those items away. However the hotel said this is not their problem and take no responsibility which is disappointing as they are providing a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is extremely large. Nice room. But the gym needs to be maintained. The fridge in room 515 sounds like a tractor, I need to turn it off to get some sleep. Will come back again. Different from others, I like the communal area, it take me back to the old days. Very impressive feeling.
