Pregnancy, birth and postpartum looks different for everyone and we want to flip the script. There isn’t one right way to be pregnant, have your baby or parent them, and we want to take away the pressure that can come with birth and parenthood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just finished our antenatal course with these wonderful humans and found the course to be so beneficial, welcoming and understanding. As a parent led course the focus is on how we navigate this wild journey and not all the medical nitty gritty which is so nice because we get a lot of that from other sources. Being in a space with awesome, like minded people, to prepare for life with our wee babe has been such a joy and I am looking forward to staying in touch with the whole group.

Their pregnancy group is unique as it focuses on building connection, both with your partner and others, to help you through the journey of parenthood. My husband and I both really enjoyed the focus of this group and it helped to prepare us for the upcoming arrival of our baby girl. The four week course included what to expect, how we could support each other and the importance of partner involvement. The pregnancy group is a fresh take on traditional antenatal classes and is perfect for a more modern parenting approach.
