TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation made after this time will result in the amount of one nights accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file. For bookings of three nights or more, a charge of two nights accommodation will be charged.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you will be charged $200 to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.
Infants are under the age of 1 year

Family unit is very spacious - bigger than most! Very clean, comfy, with everything you need - even a dishwasher. Large bed + single in both bedrooms plus large lounge and kitchen area. Immaculate grounds and east parking. WILL DEFINITELY recommend and stay again (and it's only day 1 or my stay)

Slept like a dream, no noise!
Only complaint would be the anti damp ventilation system blew very cold air on me all night. To compensate I had the heat pump on.
Would definitely stay again if I return to Levin.

β β β β β I can't recommend the Welcome Inn highly enough. Due to a crash on SH1, I was looking at 4hours plus in the car with my 1 1/2 year old. I called around Air BnBs and Booking.com and then stumbled upon the Welcome Inn. It said no vacancy, and indeed they were full. However, the owner had just checked someone out and swiftly cleaned the studio for me and my baby. It was super clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the room pleasant and after a long drive down the country, I felt so welcome and looked after. Thank you both very very much.

I had the best sleep away from home and had enough energy to get to Auckland home and safe.

β β β β β Facilies fantastic. Bed and its coverings super comfy. Light switch easy reach. Had coffee plunger, hair drier, and all the bits and pieces you need. Quiet fridge and room generally!! Personal outside deck. Good parking.
