The wait is sure worth it. After waiting for several hours I saw I lovely doctor who prescribed aspirin for pain relief :) Thank you so much -

My daughter sat waiting for ages for a simple injection while the waiting room was empty. The staff allowed others in while she sat there. This place has definitely gone downhill.

Mask exemptions not recognised; forced to wear a shield. Waited 40 mins even with no one in the waiting room. No cold or Covid symptoms btw. Sent my feedback but was not listened to.

I am confused to why I was stuck waiting, there was literally no one else is in the cue and it’s just me yet I’m still having wait times The people are usually quite nice though, and you do tend to get seen to after a few hours

Receptionists are absolutely awful and lacking care & compassion. The nurses are wonderful, thank you to Margot & Margaret who delivered friendly & warm service :)

Like everytime, they are too busy, which is not their fault, but then they don't give you much consideration. Especially after paying what we pay, I would think the service should be better. But anyway it's like this with most of the doctors nowadays...

First experience being gas lit. The doctor told me my sore, swollen, bruised foot was a mere β€œfoot sprain” because it didn’t hurt in two specific places (never mind that feet are made up of many different bones), completely ignoring the part that actually hurt. Refused to give me an X-ray or crutches because β€œnothing is broken” (yet on their website they say they are fracture specialists and have an X-ray machine just down the hall) and sent me on my merry way - ignoring my tears, struggle to walk, and the swelling (also all ignored in his clinical notes). Begrudgingly allowed me a dace shoe after I practically begged for something to help me walk, although it was useless as it made the pain worse. Was made to feel like I was wasting their time and nothing was wrong with my foot, despite my pain and symptoms. Two days later went to a physio who took me seriously and actually organised an X-ray that day. Turns out I’d fractured my second metatarsal and spent 2 weeks in crutches, 6 with a moonboot. Sent in a complaint about my treatment and the response was just another fob off, apologising that I happened to fall into the 1-2% of people who actually do have a fracture despite not having pain in completely different parts of my foot. I do not recommend.

Took my very old mother-in-law in yesterday after she had a fall. The staff were all really great. But particular kudos to Doctor Cheyanne who dealt with a cranky, hard of hearing, in pain old person with good humour and very competent care. I wish I knew if she had a General Practice somewhere as I would love to have her as my doctor!
