★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wonderful environment, equipment, location and teachers. Obviously the instructors here know what they are doing. You don't need to be an expert to come here (but you can be) you can just come along, learn and become fitter and healthier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Fully equipt classical Pilates studio. Fantastic precision teaching from owner Helen Leahy. Daisy the dog casts her expert eye over your form as Helen teaches. I left feeling longer stronger and fully connected. I would definitely recommend the studio to anyone traveling to Aukland and looking to move and stretch.
