★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner got injured at his job in about August this year! He has been given nothing but a run around by you guys. He started back at work 3 weeks ago and still has had no compensation whatsoever!! Everytime we call in, it either goes to answer phone or we're put on hold just to be told the person looking after his case is busy or out of the office. It's simply not good enough! He has done his part by providing everything you guys have requested. We are so disappointed!!
***UPDATE***
My partner finally got through to a lovely lady called Wendy who tried her best to help him. She also mentioned that Kerry who is handling my partners case has recieved an email but is yet to check it!! That is shocking! We have been told so many times that you have got an email or will check your inbox!! For a company that says they put their customers first, this is definitely what you call putting customers first!! Do not recommend Well Nz for anything!!!!!

The idiot on phone decides everything as per assumption of own. Much better to dela withACC directly.

Never in all my working life (40yrs) have I ever had to deal with such totally uncaring, unprofessional and just plain rude people. I cannot believe so many high and mighty people all work for the same organization.
The staff are unrelenting and insistent to the point of being intimidating for you to return to work. They also believe they have some sort of God given right to override your specialists’ instructions.
The sheer arrogance of these people is beyond comprehension. I sincerely pity and wish good luck to anyone who has the misfortune to have to deal with this company, especially if English is your second language.
