β β β β β Came for cramping pain on belly two weeks ago. Was told covered by acc at the beginning, then charged 60$ as not acc covered after seeing the doctor.
Two weeks later, got a invoice from them, said I need to paid 30$ for a lab test which I was not informed. And later the lab charge me 40$ for some processing fee. Really disappointed about all these.

β β β β β No access to any patient portal, closes down in middle of the day. Wasn't thrilled with lack of precautions when I had flu shot during lockdown. Probably more suited if you're looking for old fashioned 'family GP'

β β β β β What great service! Completed a Blood test and received a phone call from Sharon with results a few days later. Also impressed by the thoroughness of Dr Haggo and Shirley at Reception made me feel very welcome as a first time patient.

β β β β β Recently moved to this clinic. Dr. Phillip Haggo is the best Doctor. And Shirley, the receptionist, is the best too. Exceptional service. Very impressed with my first appointment at this clinic. Treated like a family member.

Dr Haggo is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand you and explain in detail your issue and the a treatment plan. Also very affordable. I am blessed to be a patient here.
