★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was great at the old place, now it seems they don't know what there doing. Last time I went I had to wait over an hour because they diddnt realise I was still waiting because the receptionists were to busy gossiping about other patients and this time they diddnt listen when I rang on Wednesday when I asked "can I please have a nurse appointment" and got booked with a Dr. Lucky I noticed on the reminder text. Edit - I did give them a 2 until now. They diddnt charge me the right amount and waited until I was already in whanuapai to ring and say I had to come back to pay more for what was free at the old place. Bloody fuming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Amanda Porch, the other Drs, the nurses and even the receptionists are all so lovely, helpful and amazing (yes, thats right people medical receptionists can actually be all those things too ?)

The Drs Waimauku is great, its part of The Doctors Silver Fern and The Doctors Hupai. While the building isnt as pretty as the other 2 the staff are the same amazing people!! They have nurses and doctors with different specialty backgrounds which means when you have multiple issues you can get the specific person with great knowledge to take charge of your care! I have my amazing super talented and caring main GP, an awesome talented GP I go to for my catheter needs because he has better skills than the dumb hospital (although Ive seen a few others and theyre all pretty awesome too and with 3 practices you have a lot of choices to find a gp you vibe with or who specializes in what you need) and I also have 2 very caring amazing nurses who specialize in different things that I have wrong with me and I know always have my wellbeing in mind!! I even got a call when my hospital discharge notes came in, just so they could check up on me!! Ive never had that before in my life after a hospital admission!! Its usually me contacting them when I need something again, so it was nice to feel cared for! My most highly recommended Drs are Dr Mauri Smits and Dr Harry Hillebrand. My most highly recommended nurses are Hannah and Rochelle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the service. Took a day off to get my daughter checked up for 6 weeks checkup. Was late by 10min and was told to come back following week.(Got held up because of the rain). All other hospitals allow 15mins but not sure why were we not seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say I am very surprised to see such a negative review about this practice. I am a patient there and I take my hat off to all the staff , from the receptionists to the nurses and finally the Doctors. They have to deal with sick, grumpy patients every day and they still manage to do that with a friendly smile that starts off when you arrive right through until you leave. I guess you cant please everybody. Keep up the excellent service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Doctors Huapai, for the first time. Around 2 weeks ago! The staff were great and my new doctor is down to earth. I was paying $64.00 a time, plus travel, at my old doctors, now it's only $46.00. It's just around the corner, next to my chemist. It's wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer services. Got a text message from the clinic saying the prescription is ready to be picked up from the reception. The website indicated they would open until 7pm, popped in after work around 5.05pm, the lady at the reception saying the doctors were gone, I said but you texted me to pick up this prescription and your website saying 7pm. She was not interested and kept saying 'I am just here to close the door.' Quite a passive aggressive attitude. Now I understand why this clinic has low overall review scores. Clearly customer services is not their focus particularly considering the fee they are charging.
