★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy medical centre. Very popular. Serves a large community. Doc fees are better than other places I've been to. They are very active in the community, sponsoring schools etc. Nurses are wonderful. Would recommend this service.

No capacity to listen to patient needs. Couldn't even give me my blood type, and a haemeroid prescription in a dozen appointments for these alone. Never even seem to answer their phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing doctors, nurses and reception. Very time efficient in regards to appointments being prompt. Absolutely friendly and professional. The only GP Centre I trust in Rotorua; very clean facilities, well presented, bright and lively, not to mention affordable. If you're looking for top of the top docs & nurses - this is the place. 5 stars for sure!
