★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendously poor service. Total waste of time using Westpac. No staff when it's open in the short 4 hour window. All you do is stand at the locked door waiting while the person inside just "looks" busy occasionally walking around. By far the worst bank in new Zealand
