★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst bank in NZ because they are barely open and then while they are open their atms are down for maintenance half of the time.
It takes about an hour to say cash a cheque and thats not even counting how long you have to wait in line.
Its honestly a joke of a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give zero stars. Worst bank in the country I have ever been to. Queues of 20 or more people all the way to the street. Waited my whole hour lunch break and left came back later in the afternoon queue still to the door. Went back next morning and the queue was maybe 10 so I joined the line but still waited for more than an hour. Others in the queue said it was like this all the time. Thankfully this isn’t my normal branch.
A staff member seemed annoyed when I was not able to do my exchange at the ATM he then took the person behind me to the atm which apparently wasn’t working so they had to queue at the other atm. I don’t usually post reviews but this is the worst service.
When I finally got to the front of the queue one of the tellers left so then I had to wait again and the staff member at the atm then disappeared too .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience in here recently. Was helped to set up a bank account after arriving in NZ. Very friendly and helpful staff member who went above and beyond to help me out and who understood me. She was genuinely happy to help me and so kind. I appreciate the time and care this staff member took with me when I was in the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to join but they're too slow and useless. Can't go into a branch without all sorts of delays, can't apply online without seeing someone at a branch, can't speak to a human on the phone. Giving up and going somewhere else now. Useless.

Was informed there is a 40 minute wait to enter my bank to discuss my accounts. I have no intention standing outside my bank for 40 minutes so the next communication will be a request to transfer my funds to another bank
