β β β β β Great education regarding safety, riding, and horse care. I love that these horses are rescues given a great loving caring home. We were very fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day with blue skies. The views of the valley and lake are incredible. This was such a positive, peaceful, rejuvenating morning out in beautiful surroundings. We could not be happier. Thank you and best wishes

β β β β β We had a really lovely time with Andy on the quad tour. Luckily, he was game for our average yarns and in return he let us meet his many horses (rescues and those heβs bred himself), impart some horse wisdom, plus history and knowledge of not only his section but the area. Views were wicked, as were all the animals - especially to a couple of city folk!

β β β β β Friendly, family owned and operated business. 3 of our group had never been on a horse prior to our visit this week but Emma and Kevin made sure they felt at ease. Highly recommend Westray Horse Trecks. Their kind, calm care of the horses and us was much appreciated.

β β β β β We really enjoyed our two hour horse-riding trek around this beautiful property with stunning views of the lakes. Sheep wondering around to boot. A very NZ experience! All the horses are rescues that have lovingly been given a second chance. We had the opportunity to brush the horses at the end and hear about their stories. The guides were lovely and the owner is a local with lots of knowledge about the area. Would highly recommend!

β β β β β Friendly and professional owner who also guided my tour. I appreciate the free pick up from my hostel in Te Anau. The tour itself was lovely, but not as great (view wise) compared to other outdoor location. We stayed on private land and I expected the tour to be more divers. We just went up and down the same hill. A pity really, so because of that I wouldn't recommend it. But if you don't mind, expect good service and friendly horses.

β β β β β Took out two 8 year olds who had never been on horses for a novice ride. Emma and Jane were fantastic. There was no rushing and the girls were sad to end the ride. Highly recommend.
