★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In September, 2013, I ordered a book via the web site. I mailed in a check in the amount of $32 US dollars. Wheeler's cashed my check and I never received the book. I've written to them 12 times, and even called via telephone, long distance (I live in the USA) regarding this order. I was told that I'd receive a refund. It's 9 months later, & I've never received it. So I spent $32 on a book that I never received, and no refund. Very frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overheard "Helen" being unhelpful, rude, presumptuous and uninformed whilst on the phone to potential customers.
Helen displayed lack of knowledge regarding products on their website. Everything had to be explained to her. After all of it, she decided to tell the person she only deals with libraries and schools.
Helen could greatly benefit from upskilling in her communication, unfortunately common sense can't be taught.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from Helen at 11:17AM Monday Dec 20th, 2021. Called to query whether book was in stock. Helen rudely said she doesn't know what I'm talking about. Helen then says, "Goodbye," and attempts to hang up- I said, "hang on,I'm not finished." She then hands up call.
Would not recommend due to lack of listening skills or desire to help. Reminder: you are being paid to answer the phone.
