★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not fit me in for three days (it happens, understandable) the woman I spoke to on the phone was not helpful in the slightest. Did not even bother to query how urgent it was, the symptoms or who the patient was, what if I had something serious that required urgent care or what if it was for a young child or elderly patient? Went to another dr and found out I had strep throat, good job I didn't wait the three days or I would likely still be suffering. Have enrolled elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "GP Adrian Wan from Health I Care in Glenfield has announced his exciting new initiative of video link consults, wait for it, $20 for the first 5 mins and $40 per every five minutes thereafter. He adds that if patients don't want to use the new system and we can't "avoid an in clinic visit" and want to save money then the answer is to "not get sick". Actual quotes from his email to patients." Not a good look. My advice find a real doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom cut out a bunch of basal skin cancers that were potentially dangerous. He sent them away for test and thank goodness they were not life threatening. The team at I health were totally professional at what I considered normal price. I had been to the skin institute for a prognosis and I was not happy with them at all. I consider them slightly above snake oil salesman. Give Tom Adrian and the team at I health a go. I have moved from the doctors in Fred Thomas drive but that’s another story

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Adrian is one of the most professional and thorough doctors I’ve met. He is a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about his patient’s well-being. He is great with children and showed so much care and empathy towards our baby, exactly what you need as a mother.
I had little to no wait time when I visited Health I- Care to see Dr. Adrian. The receptionists were friendly and answered any questions I had and they truly show so much care to patients. I’m very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Adrian and highly recommend Health I-Care to anyone with or without children.
