★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We suffered a puncture on our way out of Taumaranui while having a trailer full of goods on the back of our car. A bit stressed trying to think what to do, Steve from Wheels & Tyres happened to drive past and see us. He pulled over and helped us out and directed us to the garage, where he fixed up the tyre and set us on our way. Ridiculously amazing service. He also fixed up a few issues we didn’t spot on the trailer too. Please if you’re reading this and have tyre problems/concerns, just go there. Don’t go to the competition. Support the local business! They’re bloody good blokes.

Did not believe this type of service & generosity existed today - thanks guys! We were stressed by our relocation, not to mention a tyre exploding on a fast moving bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Called from Kuratau with a puncture just before closing on a Saturday. They said they would stay open for me. I arrived half an hour after closing time. They fixed the tyre and then refused payment. Thoroughly recommend this company. They will see you right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, best tyre shop in this area and probably one of the best I've come across anywhere. Honest down to earth crew, very hard to fault and no need to. Told by another (nationwide) place in Taumarunui my puncture repair would cost $57. No charge from Greg and his team as it was an easy repair. Even gave some crucial advice about future purchases and didn't even try to up sell. Definitely spending my money here, no question about it.
