★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was up the back of Whitby post shop when all the lights went off and the look of horror when the lady saw me.. NO she said im closed! I dont have time for this! And was just short of pushing me out the door!!
Wow terrible customer service!! At least check no one is in the shop before you close up!!

I called to get an estimate to post a package and was snapped at and told I'd need to come in store and could not be given even rough dimensions of the postage included bags because "we'd be here all day". No attempt to be helpful at all. I suppose when you're the only local NZ Post service provider you don't need to be helpful or friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Google says it is NZ Post, it is a Aramex agency. Poor and expensive service. Asked for a price and the lady with the white hair printed a ticket and said she couldn’t reverse it. Cost difference between NZ Post and Aramex - $9. Cost difference between what her computer showed and what she charged me - $5. Cleary a rip off. Stay away.
