β β β β β Tidy 3 bedroom self contained home with kitchen and laundry. Great country views. About 10 mins from Cambridge and 20 mins from Hobbiton. Good multi day accommodation option for those wanting to visit Waitomo Caves and other Waikato attractions while in the area.
