He assisted me with dealing with the paperwork of two properties - one sale that didn't go through and one that did go through. He was very good at keeping me up to date with the entire process and using simple language so I fully understood all aspects of the buying process. He was went out of his way to accommodate me, quickly answering emails and organizing to see me in person to work through things - sometimes with short notice. I would 100% recommend working with Jordan. He does an excellent job at eliminating the stress of navigating a house sale, especially for first time home owners. I can't recommend Jordan and Whitmarsh Law enough, I don't thing I've had to wait more than 24 hours to a response (often only a few hours).
Jordan always manages to explain everything is such a simple, easy to digest way which is a god send when it comes to some of the legal documentation.
Once again, highly recommend Whitmarsh Law.
