The rude old lady snapped at her because of their eftpos machine and snapped at her "why are you shopping if you can't even use a card" This woman shouldn't even be in a customer service role she had a disgusting behaviour and had the nerve to tell my husband to get some manners. No lady you go home look in the mirror old hag and get some manners.
Yes I live in Flat Bush and am very local and I will tell the truth about your horrible shop.

Female old shopkeeper gives a bad name to Indians. Such a shame. If you encounter her, please be assured we're all not like her.
Most rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I dont care if it's a superrette, you do not display that rude tone and demeanor ever! I'm not your sensitive type either, she was blatantly disgusting.
Kindly advise the customer it is 2 for $7 for 1 litre bottle rather than spout " read the sign" and act all annoyed....No thank yous, hi's...just a vile woman behind the counter. Embarrassing.
Go to four square in botany junction, it's a little further and they have better staff.
Dont support this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service by Indian lady. Threw pies on ground and told my elderly grandmother to hurry up and get out. My grandmother very upset, so I called to give feedback but she had excuses for days. Do better and treat people with respect, such ugly appalling service. Your dairy sucks.
