Even the owners Annette and Colin helps with getting rid of the oil spill on your rental driveway! I've been with the team for more than 15 years and they manage my investment properties conscientiously. My friends and family's are also with Vicki and everyone is absolutely happy and gratified with her level of work.

When I decided to leave Auckland I looked for some time for someone to manage my biggest asset. After considering a lot of companies I decided to list with Vicki, who has managed my property for over 7 years and continues to do so.
Vicki is very mindful of the tenants she places in my house and her communication is very prompt. I have had 3 sets of tenants and Vicki has managed the changeovers seamlessly so I have not had any weeks without receiving rent.
Vicki manages all maintenance quickly and often gets multiple quotes if I am not happy with the price. I receive all rent payments like clockwork along with my statements, invoices & receipts, so tax time is a breeze!
Whenever I am in Auckland Vicki is always available to catch up and chat about my house and the real estate market, leaving me feeling assured my asset is in the right hands.
I highly recommend Vicki for your property management requirements.

Very professional, responsive and I feel as a tenant I am truly cared about - which is not always the case when dealing with the landlord directly. Couldn't speak more highly of Vicki and the team. The lovely manager Vicki is the best landlord i could ask for. She got myself and my kids into a home within the week of applying and viewing.
