children always complaining about him and when I came to talk to him about an issue couple or more children had with him, he started screaming at me to get out of his shop but I refused and insisted he hear what I had to say, in telling him its not ok yelling at the kids or kicking them out of the shop by just being on their phone with their parent. Bad customer service for children ? ?
