★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful if you are an app user, the way they set up the system is leading people to forget pay or not to pay in time so that they can rip you off with the fine, that`s the way they making money. Not to mention all the reserved parking and have to drive all the way to the top.

Most of the parking spots are reserved with some free lots near the very top. Driving around in anything bigger than a Yaris is dicey, especially when there is a car coming the other way as its narrow.
Parking costs are through the roof as expected of Wilson and clearly none of the money goes to up keep of the facility. The elevator is run down and there's graffiti everywhere.
