★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising. When I signed up they made me feel like a fraud as they want proof of address, last 2supplier bill, bonds of $150. Wasted my time fill forms online. Do not go with is company. Not even a star worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that if you have broadband with them, they will not give you the password for your modem! Instead, you can try for half an hour to get in the modem with the default password in the User Guide (as they will not tell you beforehand that it won't work), then call them and they will then ask you what changes you want done. They will provide you with a temporary password, so if you want to make changes on the modem again, you will have to call them and let them know again.

Currently transitioning from male to female and has days when his voice is off - The credit solution team - Lauren asked if he was willing to provide proof of gender change - This is discrimination, demeaning and disgusting that in 2021 when LGBTQ are more accepted then ever - Lauren came up with every excuse not to allow my friend to join Nova - DISGUSTING!! NOVA you should be ashamed of your company and Especially Lauren!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't give them even one star. The worst power company I ever dealt with. I signed up for 1 and half year agreement for electricity and broadband. Firstly, they started charge me broadband half month before the plan commenced. Then after half year, they increased my electricity rate after they changed Meter without notify me. Good on them. If you'd like to enjoy awful service, NOVA is definitely the best choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people on the phone, but this companies processes and practises are pretty poor. I never get a bill on time, no notifications, I had a broadband outage for 2 days they knew nothing about and yet it was planned work. I had to get the details from another company and yet Nova is my provider. They clip the ticket and thats where it stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless company filled with useless staff who can't dont know there own process. Needed a rental property power reconnected. Been customer for over 10 years waited 3 days for reconnection. Finally phoned on 3rd day and still couldn't get themselves organized. At 6:30pm they logged a job for reconnection charged extra cos it was now after 4:30pm. And still no guarantee power connected so sitting and waiting. Dumb and dumber! I'm switching company today!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched to Nova from Spark in January this year and it could not have been easier! I thought it would be a painful process to switch providers but I couldn't have been more wrong. These guys are so awesome to deal with and super helpful. I got the GIG connection bundled with my electricity and the price is so much cheaper than I was previously paying. The beacons are super easy to install (just plug them in) and my WIFI signal is now perfect throughout the house which is important when I'm working from home. I'm glad I switched over to Nova!
