★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine charge me twice more that should be. The machine just take your money and even does not ask for plate number. The customer service over the phone is so bad. They just tell you to send an email. So what is the point of the phone number then?....This service is too expensive...a completely rip off .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even should not give them one star. I parked from 8:52am to 12:00pm, totally 3hour and 8mins, they charged me $42.00 and $0.60 extra charge because I paid by Visa card. Be careful this Wilson, they doing ugly things. If you want to early bird price, you have to entry between 6:00am to 10:00am AND you have to exit between 2:00pm to 8:00pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is an absolute joke as everyone has been saying. $40 for 3hrs?? The layout is terrible, and the place is extremely narrow to navigate. AND the parks are so extremely narrow that you literally have about 5cm on each side. Removing just a single park from each lane would solve this issue easily. But no this money hungry company needs to squeeze every cm of parking space. You can't get out of your car?? Well who cares! Would give 0 stars if I could. How are these clowns allowed to operate?
