Our Company
Wilson Parking started off as a family business with one carpark across the ditch in Perth, Australia in 1962. The subsequent years saw rapid growth and we opened our first carpark in New Zealand in 1985. Fast forward a few years to today and we have become a household name and are the largest parking provider in New Zealand and best of all we continue as a family-owned business.
Our aim is to give busy people more time in their day by providing premium parking locations that are close to where you need to be, whether that’s for work, a weekends sports stadium event, late night shopping with friends, visiting your favourite restaurants before catching a show at the theatre for date night and weekend brunch catch ups at cafés! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking ever. Stairs very dirty and has permanent loud buzzing sound designed to destroy your hearing! Access door from Kitchener does not open on its own and no way to open manually from outside. You need to wait for someone to come out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a ripoff! Parked for 2.5 hrs on a Sunday morning and had to pay $26 to exit! Apparently they charge you for the whole weekend? Wilson, please explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally park here with their Earlybird rate ($16 if you enter before 10am and leave after 2pm), but the other day I had to leave half way through the day for a family emergency but I was coming back in the afternoon to continue working. I called up and spoke to customer service rep who very kindly said they'd still charge me the $16 (instead of the $54 it would have charged me to park from 9am-12pm!).
It's a very expensive car park if you need only a couple of hours, but for all day it's pretty good for Auckland CBD.
Only grumble is that one of the lifts has been broken for quite a while and so it takes a long time to get in/out of the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my tools get stole inside the car park. The staff not helping at all. I email them my police ref number. Didn’t get any answer. No safe to park in the Wilson parking. The cctv and security only for Wilson parking themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a busy evening in Central Auckland it was great to find a parking space when many other places were full. The flat Rte evening price was very reasonable but you have to take your time finding a space as its pretty tight turns up the ramps.

I put my back out to try and squeeze through the space between me and the next car even though everyone was parked in the middle of each back in space. They are trying some milk as much money as possible. 1 1/2 hours cost me nearly $40 in car parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful helpful customer service reps but the car park is pretty badly maintained. Broken glass almost on every level currently, the elevators seems to only been cleaned once a week and the one on the left hand side is almost constantly out of order or not functioning to 100%. The stairs were flooding a couple days ago, I called Wilsons and the water still hasn’t been cleared up. I also wished there was more security as cars seem to be getting smashed into and robbed frequently.
