Arrived back at 22.30 to find the entrance and exits chained-up and security refusing to release people, including us, with paying $50 despite a clear booking email showing we’d pre-paid. Unable to get hold of anybody by phone on the after hours number - waited 20 minutes before giving up.
Recommend avoiding this company (Secure Parking) and this car park.
