★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Poorly maintained with uneven gravel surface and pot holes. Does not feel secure at all. The last time I parked here I even got overcharged on the flat weekday night rate and had to get refunded. The only reason it gets a star is proximity to spark arena.
