โ โ โ โ โ After searching for reviews for Window Treatments the review below popped up using Barbara as a employee. We had the same lady. She came out to our house to measure the blinds and sent through a quote for me to confirm. The blind stack was on the wrong side and when questioned she told me she had it right. I sent her a photo of the sliding door to then be told I was correct. The blinds turned up and there were no fixing brackets to the architrave and when we go to put them up the wand/cord length was to the floor when we discussed with her we want it to match exactly like the ones in the house at 1250mm! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULDNโT USE AGAIN.

โ โ โ โ โ Hello, I was here with my partner looking at option for our apartment. We living in Albany so we thought we'd try something near us maybe local. Here the sales lady meet us and was really quite rude and judgemental, she make sly comment here and there about option and price. However, we strive to find the blinds. The sales lady come and look at dimensions I have given and make an order. Wow weeeeee, big problems as she measured wrong but oh no now its my problem. Too bad, your stuck with the product 'no backsies' - brabara is the worst.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent product, does what it says on the tin, but the service is horrendous.
Our sales consultant, Barbara, left in the middle of our shop consultation, then ordered the wrong blinds, and had the audacity to blame my partner when the wrong blinds showed up. We were literally standing in front of the blinds we wanted in the showroom, pointing at them, telling Barbara that we had chosen these specific blinds. It was a dead simple order, but Barbara managed to completely botch it.
Her store manager, Cherie, initially took Barbara's side and insisted we would have to "just live with" the wrong blinds. Blinds we did not order, and that literally could not be raised up because they were too large for the retractor mechanism to function.
Eventually Cherie relented and agreed to replace most (but not all) of these blinds with the correct product that we'd initially ordered, but only after endless stress and headache on our part. It all felt so unnecessary.
The product might be fine, but the experience we had with this company just trying to get what we ordered was truly awful.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a full consult with Brent and he did all the measurements. We went to the new showrooms and the sales consultant there was very helpful and sat with us to help decide colours - we spent quite a long time in the showroom and she was very helpful and patient.
The mystique curtains and roller blind products were manufactured and installed within 8 weeks with a lot of that time being the holiday period. I was lucky enough to get a install slot from someone elses cancellation.
Very happy with the products and the install team was friendly and everything looks good.
