★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just had shutters fitted. Service was prompt and efficient and although takes some time to go through the factory, I was well informed and product came within expected time. The fitters were amazing, they were friendly, took their time and ensured the shutters were fitted perfectly.
The shutters look great, and although new look like a quality product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blinds and home decors are generally not my thing. So I was hoping these guys would help me out not only get them installed, but also tell which one would look the best in my home. Lynn was great helping me picking the one from many options.
It took some time to arrive but understandable during a global pandemic I guess. Overall super happy about the final results!

There're experienced some delays due to new year period, but the sales rep and operation team kept me informed all the way. I am very happy with the product. Got a lot of complainments on them from friends. Would use Kresta again in the future.

The sales rep Lynn was super helpful with selecting products and design and very professional. I was truely impressed by her knowledge. Good communication and respond quickly, also provided solutions. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissapointed with our install of our blinds at our property. We chose Kresta as it was full service including the instalation, which we did not want to do ourselves and was recommended from a friend. After seeing these reviews, we now regret using the company at all.
Our blinds were installed unleveled and pointed out to them, which they agreed (when visiting our property) that they should of been installed with a packer. After being ignored for a week, we recieved a response saying they are not responsible for windows that are not square. Our windows were installed 4 years ago and the slight difference in the measurements was observed when they came to measure and quote. This should be accounted for on install and it wasn't.
They are the only company we have used that required 100% payment before installation.They also demanded the $105 for install being made prior to install, although their poorly written contract states otherwise . We reluctantly paid this as we could not be bothered debating anymore and did not want to delay getting our blinds.
We could of used a company online and measured and installed the blinds ourselves and saved us half the cost! We chose Kresta for a perfect install and service, and this was not delivered. The company does not seem to care to remedy this. The business numbers listed do not seem to be operational to actually discuss this with anyone.
We only completed one room in our house and will not be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a delayed review as it has taken me 10 months to digest my angry as I understand it has been a difficult couple of years with Covid19 for businesses, but I still think my experience should be shared.
We ordered 2 sets of shutters and a set of blockout curtain from Vijay. We waited for 6 months for the order to be ready (which the long wait seems to be in line with other providers in the market). The sales person Vijay, the shutter measurer, the installer were all nice people to deal with and the shutters are great! However, the curtain was a complete let down. The width of the curtain and its rail are shorter than the window frame (which is not only ugly but also let's light in and defeats the 'blockout' function) and the fabric was not the one I chosen! Please see picture attached (how does a beige, floral fabric look like the white 'Impala Pearl' I ordered?). I hate this curtain so much I am taking this $1k thing down and replace with a ready made.
We chose Kresta because it is a local, full service provider. We were hoping to use them again for all other window covering requirements we have, but unfortunately it has been a hugely disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only manage 2 stars for Kresta. One star for the salesperson who was excellent, and one for the person who installed the product, also excellent. The product is of reasonable quality, but I wouldn’t say it’s premium. It took a long time to get here which is fine but they didn’t set expectations to that. I ordered in January, the product was promised in March. I had the blinds installed in July.
My biggest complaint is that they messed me around on my install date twice. Both times no one showed up at the time agreed and I couldn’t reach the customers services person who’d booked the appointment. She claimed she wasn’t working - what customer services person didn’t put an onto of office on if they take leave? Also I ordered frosting which they forgot all together and now I’m chasing them for a refund for it. I have yet to get any response to my emails. My blinds were installed in July and already (3 months later) the chain has broken on one chain. Altogether a dissatisfactory experience.
