The vibe and setting is what gets you back for more. Nothing better than a group of people who become family. What's better - working out in the dark is fun!!

Everyone is supportive, they give you the push when you need it the there with the shoulder to lean on when you need one. My whole mindset has changed thanks to TEAM and it has become my sanctuary - the place I go to escape real life for a while each day :)
TEAM is where I have found my happiness <3

I love the TEAM family and I could not recommend this environment more no matter what your fitness level! ??
