★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my money but are on stop credit and cannot supply. Ignored my calls until I called round.
I placed the order early Dec for delivery in 23rd Dec. It’s now Feb 14th and they still can’t supply glazed windows. Giving excuses of cancer or other illnesses and then Denis Boyle blames his staff of incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company, fair go looking into them due to dodgy business practices.
The only thing these guys are consistent on is late delivery , dishonest communication, and not standing by the product they are making.
As soon as there is a problem with their product they stop answering the phone. Its not a good look when we have to go to their premises and queue up behind other people in the same position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off. Rude and discrimination. I paid in full in early February for doors to be delivered late feb. I had no communication no updates until I had to send someone into the store to check they had actually been made. Doors arrived finally in May. AFTER ASKING MANY TIMES FOR PRE DELIVERY ADVICE AND EXCUSES for them to provide no notice and place the door on the most impractical and place and damaged the door. All calls have been ignored since. Done ever bother with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was put onto this company by a friend who used them. Well I cant thank Denis and his staff for giving me a great price on all my windows, 3 of them where Bifolds, 6 meters long. Denis was helpful, and trustworthy, and very happy to deal with, if I had any questions,he was there to answer them , Not only did he do all 45 windows and doors in my house, he done the windows to my friends home who was building a 4 bedroom house in Nelson. He delivered them for a added cost, all arrived safely. I would not hesitate in recommending Windows Direct to anyone who needs quality windows. A++++++ 10/10. Thankyou Denis.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one dodgey, deceitful and down right disgusting business, where the director Denis Boyle has absolutely no conscience, and no morals regarding his business.
We paid 50% deposit on 01/04/2019 after being told by them we would have our order within 15 working days, three weeks! Yeah right Biggest April fools joke around this company.... as of today 02/08/2019 we are still waiting, they won’t give us our deposit back, and we are taking them to disputes tribunal now, which costs us even more money to do! This business has been confronted personally by us, and he couldn’t give a @#%* about us, or our money! When we told him we weren’t leaving until we had our money, or the order.... he called the police and we got escorted out of his showroom in Wigram/Christchurch!! Unfortunately after more discussions with commerce commission they advised us they can’t do anything until more people complain... so, if anyone is reading this, and have had a bad experience with them, please, I strongly advise to make a formal complain to commerce commission!! We need to get this business made accountable for ripping people off, or they will continue to do so!
Their subscription has been withdrawn off trade me seeing as we initially saw their listings on their to make the enquiry to, and they too are very unimpressed with the actions of this business!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid using this company. See previous posts from others. Many, many lies from Abin and Amal. The owner Denis also seems untrustworthy. It took 2 months to get 2 small windows. We drove to the factory to collect just before 4 pm; we had been given so many excuses as to why we couldn't collect. We arrived and they were quickly trying to assemble our windows while we waited. The only way we could get them that day was by bringing in cash!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 9 windows and doors in September 2018. Dennis the owner came over and took the measurements himself. I had to pay 50% deposit. And I was told that the windows and doors will be delivered late October.The windows didn’t arrive till January and I had to pay in full before delivery. Everything was wrong. The windows are too small by 40 mill on each side. The colour was also mix and match. Dennis advised me to put the windows in and fill the gabs in with expanding foam. He promised me to come with a solution to fix this problem but he never did. When I tried to ring they avoided me. It’s now 7 months later and had expert advise that the only way to fix my windows is to replace them with the correct size.
