β β β β β Have had dealings with a partner at this firm. She insulted my financial position without knowing it. Shows no logic, commonsense, practical application or long term foresight for the best outcome for her clients. Personally supports unreasonable proposals advising they "appear to be fair".
Her tactic of negotiation or working with clients, is not to. Correspondence such as "This offer is a one off offer and is non-negotiable. The offer will expire today if not accepted."
In short she should move on and retire.
Overall the company is a good as their website, incredibly lacking in substance.

Professional, work ethics, cultural respect, personal care of the client, fast service, best interest of the client...these are few ways to Express my experience and support. If I could reccomend Alex to everyone I would without any doubt.
