★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food is nice and cheap, we can pick up whatever we want at a good value, it looks good and clean, i also feels nothing after finish my lunch, i have buy the food for take away few times, they are nice and friendly, just do not know why they get such a low rate here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed. I went in at 4.20 and they wouldn't make there yummy chicken fried rice fir my gluten free daughter because the chef wanted to clean. It's all she can eat in the food court so she went home upset. We should have gone to sat Lukes Wok Wok, always great service and they cook till closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food looked appetizing so decided to eat there for lunch. Food tasted horrible and fatty, left the mall feeling extremely sick, which then progressed into food poisoning! Had the runs and power chucked less then 5 hours after consuming wok wok westcity's food. Ate there almost 24 hours ago still feeling miserable. Obviously will not be returning. Very disappointed and disgusted with this place very unhygienic. Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was soo rude to me, first she over charged me but the transaction had already gone through i showed her on my banking app, she then tried to charge me again... The eftpos machine had run out of paper so she didnt have a reciept and was yelling that i hadnt paid i showed her again that i had paid, (very embarrassing) the transaction said date and time and amount to wok wok cafe. She then scowled at me the whole time i was getting food.. come over rudley to check my bank app to see the payment had gone through AGAIN ? and then she continued to scowl and pull faces while we were eating, i was polite to her as everybody makes mistakes but her customer service has much room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried food here a few times because I love Chinese, however I keep forgetting that every time the egg has had burnt bits, fish is soggy. But the worst experience is eating off chicken disgusting, I told the staff and chef the chicken was off and they seemed to laugh. Me and my wife feel sick now. Never again! Grade still pending, was a E rating last time i checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here all the time and I liked it until last week I ate something from there and the next day the vomiting started I felt really sick I couldn't eat the whole week I have been going here nearly every week but now I don't think I can go back there for a while very bad do not recommend
