★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken Katsu Don Buri medium for $7.50 for lunch. Their is a choice of plain rice or noodles with salad, katsu chicken which is kept crisp under a heat lamp and topped with mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. Generous serving and good value. Will be back to try other meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a crispy chicken on rice with Japanese curry and it was the most greasy and unflattering meal I could have got at a sushi takeaway shop. First of all the HOT deep-fried chicken and curry were contained in a flimsy plastic container which could almost melt the container. The crispy chicken was soaked and dunked in a curry sauce which was very runny in consistency and tasteless. I could see the oil layer on the top of the sauce of about 1cm floating above the curry. The service was not good either staff had a very rude attitude. Will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible value and taste delicious. They used chicken thighs which is so much better to chicken breast imo. The chicken were thick cuts and were juicy. Rice were not over cooked or too soft. 7.5 for a medium bowl was already insane for the price considering how much chicken there were. Highly recommended comfort food.

edit: I came here again yesterday for the LARGE bowl of chicken katsu donburi which was 8.5. I didn’t have enough sauce so I asked the staff for more and they generously gave me more! 10/10 for food and customer service!!!
