Please be aware that neither of the above reviews have been submitted by legitimate Woodward Chrisp clients. We have asked Google My Business to remove the comments under the circumstances, however their India based support person has had to (regretfully) advise that to remove the comments would breach their policy.
Woodward Chrisp has since selected an option within the Google My Business “owner” environment to delete the listing, having given more than 24 hours for that to action, it seems that this is not in fact an option.
Woodward Chrisp would like to add, for interest, Google My Business offered their service, it was not sought.
This comment is our response to not being able to achieve removal of what we believe to be a spam comment or removal from the Google My Business advertising.

..this is a warning...they do not care for the client at all.they sit you in a room to reply to a affidavit by yourself and hand you a pen and a pad and tell you to do the work yourself while they have another client. And charge you for there time.when they haven't given you any.
They are unprofessional and waste your time and money..they drag it out without helping so you end up getting charged for nothing...they do cause you more grief than the grief you had before going to them for help...avoid at all costs..............
