β β β β β There'no microwave,and toaster(it's very important), a tiny refrigerate, extremely small for 4 people, no very clean as I wanted, & there was jus one bodywash for 4 p. I didn't wanna forget to talk about the kettle, every one have to be careful about that, it was very rusty, never used, alternativly I bought another one. I 'v been lots of hotel, motel no one was a like that. ??

β β β β β Nice pool and balcony. Our room was at the end so it was a hassle walking to your rooms as the elevator is right at the end, nearly like walking in a terminal! Otherwise loved it, private parking also.

β β β β β Wrong dates loaded when I checked in, bed wasn't made, stained bed spread. Dirty bathroom especially floor around toilet sticky. Front counter staff member was very casually dressed for a hotel. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Too many issues to ignore.

β β β β β Poor not worth it!!! Out of date!!! Quality not a must in this place. 7.5βratting should be a 1.2β..rooms was not ready on arrival!!! Walked in to guest mess!! untidy! not 1 but 3 times they put as in rooms that guest has checked out of? Park your car and walk up &down&around&around
1 lift in whole building on far side of building not by car park!! Oh the room key can't be but ur phone or you will be locked out in car Park,as it deletes everything on key?ββοΈNo A/C in hall ways,or in Elevatore!! The lady at reception needs a new job!!Not in hostility!! Bad management!! Expensive time waster!!! Just a lie no microwave no toast rusty jug,little caravan fridge bad layout of room.

β β β β β I was a bit disappointed on my arrival to Emerald Hotel, as I had requested a cot for our 2 month old baby. However, this not brought to my room until hours later! Had to keep reminding the receptionist multiple times that I was still waiting for the cot. My baby was crying and needed to be put to bed. Hours later I had to go to the receptionist and ask again "wheres the cot"? and this time I went with her to the storage room to take the cot myself back to my room. Despite this happening I have always enjoyed my stay at Emerald hotel in the past and on that occasion as well. Staff are friendly and the rooms are lovely and clean!

β β β β β Was pretty disappointed in the whole experience. The resepsionist was awesome but she could of told me more details about the room.
The dΓ©cor in the room really needs upgrading, the balcony needed a clean and the outside table was disgusting. For the price I paid I expected better.

β β β β β Good location. Comfortable bed. Room adequate needs some updating & General TLC, Weird dining table set in 2nd bedroom, instead of beds!
Only tea/coffee facilities.Room phone & internet not working, however management offered 10% discount to compensate. Weird hallways everywhere, scarce signage. Although Adequate probably will not stay again.
