About Woodward Dental
I have been part of the dental world for the last 12 years. First as a Dental Assistant and now as an Oral Health Therapist. My passion for helping people led me to study at the University of Otago where I graduated in 2012 with a BOH Degree. In my final year at Otago Dental School I was awarded the Annette King award for the highest grade point in dental hygiene and the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award, which symbolizes clinical excellence and compassionate service.
I have been based in Wellington since graduation and have worked with the DHB. The best thing about my job is working closely with my patients to achieve overall health and wellbeing through helping people take care of their mouth. I am a great believer in preventative holistic dentistry and I like to keep myself up to date with the latest research and best practice. It is important to me that my patients feel safe and comfortable during their visit and I will work with them to alleviate any dental fears they may have. Everyone deserves to have a good smile and my goal is to help them get there.

What most impresses me most is the preventive care which has meant no cracked or broken teeth or 50s fillings dropping out so typical of we 50s children. A1 crowns and only as required and my recent cosmetic bonding has given me a treat of a smile back.
My sister and husband also use Woodward Dental's excellent service.
We thoroughly recommend anyone's teeth to their care!!

Charlotte is fantastic she was very understanding of my nerves and went the extra mile in making me feel comfortable and calm for my fillings. She was so gentle I didn't feel a thing! Past experiences else where has been rough and painful, but Charlotte takes care in her work and in her patients. Thank you for looking after me, this will definitely be my on going dentist from now on. ?

Amazingly, she fixed the issue in 30 minutes. She is very gentle and personable, and I have recommended her to all my family & friends who ask for a good dentist. Wish I could give more than stars.
