Are we the only ones to get junk mail put PART WAY into our post box ?
Problem is that when it rains (as it has this afternoon) the protruding leaflets, or whatever, channel the rainwater INTO the post box which subsequently soaks my mail.
The slot is for MAIL not leaflets and the like !!
As is the case with many other boxes at the end of driveways, my one has an area for putting newspapers, etc. A fact which totally eludes the delivery person.
Do they not receive any training ?
Today it happened to be a Countdown booklet.
It is soaked, tears when opened, is basically unreadable and therefore totally unsuited for purpose.
A waste of Progressive Enterprises money in fact.
NB: I had to give this posting one star because without one I can't submit it. One star is one star too many !!
