In desperation I went in to the Rangiora Branch and after a bit of pushing on my part, got a face to face appointment with a really nice, helpful lady.
Outcome : Resolved all queries, concerns and issues in a calm, comfortable manner in less than an hour.
I felt she listened to me and didn't judge..
Why can't all WINZ staff be as informed and helpful as her ?
Sad inditement that the online system has gotten far, far worse since my last interaction with them 7+ years ago.
