He was super helpful in getting myself and my 2 girls new bikes. Connor was kind, helpful and amazing with Great information about the bikes and even threw in a few freebies!
He also helped load the bikes onto my bikerack and made sure all was good before leaving the store.
Unfortunately a grumpy grinch of a lady was super rude to me in the carport . But Connor rung me later to make sure I was OK and that my shopping experience wasn't impacted by her outburst! Thanks Connor you went over and above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience here. Bought a Giant Ebike and got some great gear thrown in at no cost. Helpful team. The charger didn't work when I got it home, so no questions asked they swapped if for a new one and have had some great rides already. Recommend the Thule rear kids seat too...solid and safe so the kids can enjoy a ride too. Thanks guys.
