★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far pretty useless. Waiting in a line to see nobody? Just to drop off some forms. The security guys r very nice tho, they get 5stars,helping mothers with active babies. Hopefully, prayerfully, today they will change my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all.have spent too much wasted time trying to ph to make an appointment.couldnt get hold of anyone so drove to kaitaia to wk/income frm kohukohu Rd only to be told i go hm and they will ring me to tell me what time my appointment is going to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So thankful for this organization who saved me when everything went wrong. The group I dealt with at Kaitaia were amazing. It was my first time in my life being on a benefit and very humbling. My case manager was terrific thank u Stacy. But all along the way in 7 months of looking for full time work I dealt with a group of people like Jo and Gaul in Whangerai I believe and many others who went out of their way for me in my search for work. They even gave me money for clothes when I had an interview and my transition to work next week. I cried with gratitude with some of them today as I was offered a job they referred me too. Thank you thank you

She was so patient and understanding of our circumstances, she made our journey to retirement so easy when we thought it was going to be hard. Thank you all so much. Can't praise you enough it was a pleasant experience.
