★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely bunch of people but the receptionist is inconsiderate and rude so unfortunately my experience here was dreadful. He wasn’t empathetic and came off like he couldn’t careless to help. Definitely should change who use out in front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made a phone call to Work and Income and I have waited over an hour until I was finally put through to someone at the call centre. I cannot blame the call centre staff as there could have been a big staff shortage along with high stress levels (putting up with some angry and abusive clients).
