Welcome to Wrightair New Zealand
Wrightair New Zealand is located in the sunny Bay of Plenty, in Mount Maunganui, and has been carrying out aircraft restorations since 1990. We have restored many aircraft, including:
- Piper Super Cubs
- Cessna 180
- Cessna 185
- Cessna 206
- A total of eight De Havilland DHC2 Beavers.
Our current Beaver has just been completed following a 5,000 man-hour, 2.5-year restoration, which included the re-skinning of the entire fuselage, both wings and most of the flight control surfaces.
